Lijing Apartments

With a construction area of more than 30,000 square meters, Heqiao Property has sublimated five-star property management into a more meticulous and tailor-made butler service in this project; it is the first in China to introduce a British-style butler to take care of everything, and the chairman of the “International Butler Association” Led domestic butlers to the “International Butler Academy” in the Netherlands for training.

Aode Building

The high-end 5A-level office building in the prime location of Beijing CBD, with a construction area of 29,000 square meters, has been served by Heqiao Property Services for ten years.

Hongyan Villa

Based on the Wangjing section of Beijing, with a construction area of 60,000 square meters, at the golden node of the intersection of Wangjing Second CBD, Central Villa District, and Beijing Central Art District. Heqiao Property and its excellent butler team provide high-quality property services for its villa sales office.
