Brief of Us

Initially established by Beijing Heqiao Property Management Co., Ltd. in 1994, with the expansion of the business body, Globaltality Holdings was established. With strong capital, rich operating experience, and human-oriented management, we have been cultivating for more than 20 years in both sides of the Taiwan Strait. Form a development model centered on Beijing and gradually infiltrate the mainland.

Optimizing space and creating value is the core spirit for the business units of Globaltality Holdings. With purchasing and leasing of real estate, the group adds value to projects through asset management, commercial space value development, building management, and other diversified means.

Bringing Warmth to Special Groups in Tongzhou District, Beijing

Globaltality Holdings’ mainland catering brand, Jingzan Fine Cuisine, has donated 5,079 premium beef noodle meals and 11,708 sets of chili sauce to Hongyuan Qizhi School’s three campuses in Beijing. This initiative brings warmth and hope to 158 special-needs children and 48 faculty members.

The 6th Annual Thanksgiving Charity Sale in Chaoyang District, Beijing

With the theme “Enhancing School Lighting, Illuminating the Path of Learning,” this event aims to improve the lighting conditions at Gangu Town Central Primary School in Huining County, Gansu Province. Through the joint efforts of employees and the broader community, we seek to raise funds to create a brighter learning environment for the students.

The 5th Annual Thanksgiving Charity Sale in Chaoyang District, Beijing

Globaltality Holdings’ coworking space, in collaboration with Rainbow Charity Society, is hosting the 5th Annual Thanksgiving Charity Sale. All proceeds from the event will be used to provide insulated water bottles for first-year students at Longwu Town Boarding Middle School in Tongren City, Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province.

Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, GH SPACiE Thanksgiving Charity Sale

Cooperating with Yiqi Dream Public Welfare Service Center, we held the “Idle Items for charity” activity. Calling on the public to donate idle items and holding a bazaar to raise funds. All the earnings from the bazaar were donated to help children in the mountains learn happily.

Poverty Alleviation Plan for Nanliang Village, Dongjingji Town, Yangyuan County, Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province

Cooperating with Beilang Community, Jianwai Street, we donated necessities to local villagers, visited impoverished households, and conducted discussion panels on needs and other forms of poverty alleviation and condolences. We learned more about their difficulties and needs, as well as encouraged and helped them to get rid of poverty as soon as possible.

Globaltality Holdings has invited many creative workers and farmers from different cities. It brought a different but warm Christmas to white-collar workers in Chaoyang District. In addition to promoting local cultural and creative industries, it also further fosters excellent small agricultural products.
